Of the original participants and founding members, only the angling clubs have continued to give their support, the following clubs and associations being ' Full Members' entitled to nominate the 'Trustees' who are effectively the directors of the company:

Membership in any category can be made to the secretary at any time.
Current Associate Membership is as follows:
NETHAN-VALLEY ANGLING ASSOCIATION.
The RCFMT Ltd. has evolved into a body which can act collectively on behalf of these members, can represent them in dealings with the Scottish Executive and numerous other agencies, and which provides a forum in which matters of common interest can be discussed.
Day to day running of the Trust is the remit of the 'Secretary', whose instructions emanate from monthly meetings of a 'Management Committee' comprised of volunteers approved by the Trustees. The management committee accounts periodically to the Trustees themselves.
The 'Chairman' chairs meetings of both
the Management Committee and the Trustees.
A mandatory 'Annual General Meeting' oversees all operational
activity and scrutinizes finance.
